Job summary

Rullion Ltd is seeking an energetic construction/demolition Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning through close-out. The role requires strong delivery background, preferably contractor side, and experience with NEC4 ECC and CEMAR for contract management.

Candidates should have an HNC in Construction/Engineering and proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and resolve issues in highly regulated environments, including nuclear or defence sectors.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong enabling/infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Experience managing projects under NEC4 ECC is essential.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from planning to close-out.
• Manage projects under NEC4 ECC, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, instructions, programme controls, and change management.
• Use CEMAR or similar systems to track contractual processes.
• Integrate cost, risk, programme, and reporting for project controls.
