Job summary

Aspect Resources is seeking a Commercial Practitioner for a hybrid role across Liverpool, Birmingham, Newport, or Norwich, with 2 days on site. The position supports contract leads in a fast-paced procurement environment, focusing on growing spend and delivering value.

The role requires public sector procurement experience, PCR 2015 knowledge, and experience handling complex commercial agreements. IR35 inside status applies and daily rate is £550 (umbrella – maximum).

Qualifications

• Public sector procurement experience and contract management.
• Knowledge of PCR 2015 and PA2023 requirements.
• Experience with professional services procurement and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to develop and implement plans to retain and grow spend with customers.
• Drive value and deliver commercial benefits through Commercial Agreements.
• Present at stakeholder forums and provide commercial advice on routes to market.
• Manage Commercial Agreements lifecycle from launch to expiry or replacement.
