Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with public procurement regulations, Equality Act and Modern Slavery legislation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and presentation software.
• Experience with e-procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement: manage high-risk procurements across assigned categories, governance and value for money.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships: advise senior leaders and collaborate with commissioners, suppliers, bidders and legal teams.
• Drive performance and improvement: strengthen contract management, market intelligence, financial and risk analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.
