Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established technology business with a strong presence across the SMB and Public Sector markets. We are seeking an Account Executive / Business Development Manager to manage a large portfolio of Public Sector accounts, including councils, schools and local organisations, with a clear focus on driving growth.

This is a relationship-led role with substantial opportunity to upsell and expand revenue.

Qualifications

• Public Sector technology sales experience
• Track record of growing existing customer accounts
• Strong new business and opportunity development skills
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across departments

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a large portfolio of existing Public Sector accounts
• Developing relationships and increasing customer engagement
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad technology portfolio
• Re-engaging dormant and under-penetrated accounts
• Prospecting within existing organisations to uncover new departments and opportunities
• Building a strong pipeline across your account base
