Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in a fast‑paced, fun environment. You will lead and motivate staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and help run smooth opening/closing shifts with cash handling.

You’ll be supported by a strong pub management team and have opportunities through our internal career pathways to advance into Assistant Manager and beyond. Be ready to bring energy and great service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in a hospitality setting.
• Strong people management and motivation skills.
• Ability to manage opening/closing and cash handling.
