Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our team and help deliver memorable moments for guests. You will lead a busy pub team, open and close shifts, manage stock and cash handling, and model outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Willingness to open/close, stock, and cash up.
