Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our lively team at one of our pubs. You’ll lead and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences, ensuring the pub runs smoothly and profitably. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive pathway to progression within the Marston’s family.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Experience opening/closing, stocking, and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Work with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and profitability.
• Open and close shifts, manage stock, and cash handling.
• Be a role model for customer service and initiative.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts when the wider management team is away.
