Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver guest experiences.
• Collaborate with pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Oversee opening and closing, stock handling and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest interaction.
• Think on your feet and use initiative to resolve issues.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and manage all aspects of the pub when senior staff are away.
