Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Kinver is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team and ensure memorable guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing, stock and cashing up, and maintaining smooth operations when senior team members are away.

You will display leadership, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers a chance to develop via the internal pathway with a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close shifts, manage stock and cashing up.
• Ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably with the wider team.
• Be a role model for customer service and act as a supervisor when needed.
