Job summary

Chef & Brewer in Brackley is seeking a Team Leader to inspire the shift, keep service standards high, and ensure every guest has a memorable visit. You’ll lead by example, helping the team run smoothly, safely, and with welcoming hospitality from opening to close.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, resolve issues swiftly, and uphold safety, legality, and cleanliness while delivering consistently warm service.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure shift runs smoothly and customers are kept satisfied.
• Maintain high standards of service and welcoming atmosphere throughout the shift.
• Coordinate and support team during busy periods to ensure efficient operation.
