Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift in one of our community pubs in Aberdeen. You’ll lead by example, ensure high standards, manage the team, resolve issues, and keep customers happy with great service.

You’ll be a role model for the team, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient service environment, while supporting management and maintaining compliance with safety and allergen controls.

Qualifications
