Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in Norwich. You’ll lead and motivate staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences from busy shifts to stand-out occasions.

You’ll work with the management team to keep the business running smoothly and profitably, handling opening/closing, stock, and cashing up while modeling outstanding customer service. Flexible, part-time hours are available to support family or studies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
