Responsibilities

• Staff Management: supervise and coordinate pub staff, including training, scheduling, and task assignment.

• Operational Efficiency: monitor operations, manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Quality Control: ensure food and beverages meet standards and hygiene guidelines; conduct inspections.
• Sales & Marketing: work with management to promote offers, events, and upsell menu items.
• Training & Development: provide ongoing coaching to staff and foster teamwork.
