• Financial Management: Budgeting, tracking expenses, and maximising revenue.
• Menu Planning and Inventory Control: Collaborate with kitchen on menus and costs.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop campaigns and events to attract customers.
• Compliance and Licensing: Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Business Development: Seek opportunities for growth and partnerships.
• Financial Reporting: Present performance reports to ownership/management.
• Staff Training and Development: Implement ongoing training programs.
