Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Manager to own the shift and drive commercial success, balancing stock, costs, and a dynamic events calendar to attract guests. You will lead with energy across a busy floor, ensuring product knowledge and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will spearhead local marketing, aim for top Trip Advisor ranking, maintain accreditations, and leverage social media to convert online buzz into revenue while developing a high-performing team across F&B.

Responsibilities

• Owning the P&L and driving gross profit through drinks margins, tight cost controls, and wage cost alignment.
• Drive foot traffic with local events, social media, and marketing to achieve strong revenue growth.
• Lead high-energy pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are product knowledgeable.
• Recruit and develop a loyal team, managing egos and fostering internal development.
