Responsibilities

• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support your colleagues when the hotel gets busy.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Taking huge pride in your bar. You know that prepping your section, understanding the drinks and food menus inside out, and maintaining flawless hygiene standards are the foundations of a smooth shift.
• The Commercial Drive: Treating every interaction as a chance to add value. You resolve issues swiftly on the spot and naturally suggest that extra side dish or premium drink, boosting both guest satisfaction and profitability.
