Job summary

Village Hotels - Maidstone is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the shift, run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on exceptional hospitality and commercial targets.

You will cover pub and grill duties and flex across F&B when required to support the team. You will drive the commercial side by optimizing drinks GP, stock control, and wage costs while coaching your team to deliver top guest

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy pub/F&B environment.
• Ability to run shifts and pre-shift briefings.
• Experience with social media or online reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and deliver high-energy pre-shift briefings.
• Own the pub and grill operations while supporting other F&B areas.
• Drive profitable drinks GP, manage stock to par levels and assist wage cost control.
