Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You’ll lead shifts in the pub, step in across F&B when needed, run pre-shift briefings, and keep the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets.

You’ll champion social media, manage stock and GP, mentor staff, and help the business deliver memorable guest experiences while hitting EBITDA goals.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Run the shift with high-energy pre-shift briefings and support across F&B.
• The Commercial Drive: Manage stock, GP, voids, and wage costs to protect EBITDA.
• The Local Buzz: Champion social media and build an online content calendar to drive engagement and reviews.
• The People: Coach the team, train new starters, and model excellence on the floor.
