Job summary

Village Hotels Farnborough - Pub & Grill is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the shift in the pub, while flexing into other F&B areas during busy periods.

You’ll run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets. You will support the Duty Management Team, own the pub and grill operations, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership role required to run shifts and briefings.
• Knowledge of cost control, stock and GP awareness.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: run the shift, lead pre-shift briefings, support across F&B when needed.
• The Commercial Drive: manage stock to par levels, monitor GP, assist with wage cost controls.
• The Local Buzz: champion local social content and drive online engagement.
• The People: coach and train new starters, model great service.
