Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You’ll lead the shift in the pub and flex across F&B when needed, running pre-shift briefings and guiding the team through busy periods while driving commercial targets.

You’ll champion our social media, build local content calendars, and ensure outstanding hospitality that supports our EBITDA goals. A strong, energetic team player is essential for this busy, guest-focused role.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Running the shift and delivering high-energy pre-shift briefings, stepping up on Duty Management Team responsibilities.
• The Commercial Drive: Managing drinks GP, stock par levels, authorising voids safely, and helping control wage costs to protect EBITDA.
• The Local Buzz: Acting as social media champion with local outreach and a calendar of online content to push top Trip Advisor ranking.
• The People: Coaching the team on the floor, training new starters, and modelling behaviours for a brilliant staff-guest environment.
