• Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, while floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support colleagues.
• Taking pride in the bar, understanding drinks and food menus, and maintaining flawless hygiene standards.
• Resolving guest issues on the spot and suggesting extras to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
