Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the shift, run pre‑shift briefings, and support across F&B when needed to deliver great hospitality and hit commercial targets.

You’ll champion our social media, coach the team on product knowledge, manage stock, and help protect EBITDA while creating a positive environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred, attitude and energy matter more than credentials.
