Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Poole pub team and support the General Manager in delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll drive KPI targets, motivate staff on every shift, and uphold high standards while building community connections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded or similar pub environment.
• Passion for leading and motivating others and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to deputise for the General Manager and run the pub in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
