Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and drive memorable guest experiences. You will step up when the General Manager is away, ensuring smooth operations and a strong guest focus.

You will build on prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded pub setting, guiding staff across shifts, and working to hit financial KPIs while upholding Marston's values.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded pub environment.
• Willingness to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to deputise for the General Manager when needed.
