Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, drive guest experiences, and uphold brand standards across our venues. You will support the General Manager, supervise shifts, and help shape a lively, guest-centric environment in a community pub.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Ability to lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
• Passion for leading and motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
