Job summary

Airswift is seeking a project Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator to support construction and commissioning activities, interfacing with Client Supervision and contractor partners. The PTW Coordinator will manage the PTW system across a large project, ensuring activities are properly authorised and safely executed.

This role requires NEBOSH General Certificate, CSCS, PTW system experience on large EPC projects, and strong communication, planning and risk assessment skills.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• CSCS Card (or willing to work towards).
• Proven PTW systems experience on large projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective PTW procedure aligned to project needs.
• Deliver PTW training to permit process participants.
• Administer and control the site-wide PTW system.
• Chair daily PTW/SIMOPS meetings to review permits.
