Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Permit to Work Coordinator to join our major UK engineering project. You will administer and coordinate the site-wide PTW system, ensuring permits are issued, reviewed and closed safely while minimising risk in SIMOPS.

The role includes delivering PTW training, chairing daily PTW/SIMOPS meetings, coordinating with contractors and HSE, maintaining records and supporting the move to digital PTW systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing permit systems in construction or high-hazard environments.
• CSCS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with SIMOPS and multiple concurrent activities.
• Proven risk assessment capability with TBRA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering and controlling the site-wide PTW system.
• Chairing PTW/SIMOPS meetings daily.
• Issuing, reviewing and closing permits per procedure.
• Maintaining PTW records and SIMOPS board.
• Coordinating with contractors and project teams on permit requirements.
• Producing PTW statistics and reporting to HSE Manager.
• Supporting digital PTW system implementation.
