Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Permit to Work Coordinator to support the safe delivery of a Carbon Capture & Storage EPCm project in Mold, Flintshire. The role oversees the site-wide PTW system, coordinates SIMOPS with construction teams and contractors, and reports to the Project HSE Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in construction, industrial, energy, or high-hazard environments.
• Proven experience managing Permit to Work systems on large construction/EPC/EPCm projects.
• Knowledge of UK CDM regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the site-wide PTW system.
• Coordinate SIMOPS across construction and commissioning fronts.
• Chair daily PTW/SIMOPS meetings and approve works.
• Guide permit applicants and stakeholders through processes.
• Ensure compliance with permit conditions and project procedures.
• Maintain PTW registers and related documentation.
• Support electrical, mechanical, and process isolations.
• Generate PTW performance statistics and reports.
