Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Permit to Work Coordinator for a major UK project. You will administer the site-wide PTW system, coordinate SIMOPS and ensure permits are issued, tracked and closed in line with procedures.

You will train personnel, chair daily PTW meetings and support risk assessments, TBRA and isolations, working with contractors and project teams to sustain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems in high-hazard settings.
• Experience with SIMOPS and multi-contractor coordination.
• CSCS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with digital PTW platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administering and controlling the site-wide PTW system.
• Chairing daily PTW/SIMOPS meetings and approving permits.
• Providing guidance on permit requirements and documentation.
• Maintaining PTW records, registers and board visibility.
• Coordinating isolations and supporting HSE processes.
