Job summary

Barclay Communications in Belfast is seeking a driven Provisioning Specialist to join our growing team. You will coordinate customer orders from sale through to installation, liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers to ensure a smooth, on-time experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong office administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five GCSEs including Maths and English.
• At least one year’s administrative experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sales and Accounts to ensure customers are connected within appropriate timeframes.
• Log all cases on Salesforce and check details against internal systems.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with engineers and suppliers.
• Update customers regularly throughout each stage of the installation process.
