Job summary

The People Pod is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Bolton to manage the installation diary, coordinate nationwide window, door and conservatory installations, and keep customers and internal teams aligned from order through completion.

This hands-on role emphasizes organisation, proactive scheduling, and clear communication with branch managers and the ordering department to ensure on-time installations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in booking and diary management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple installation projects and teams.
• Strong communication with branch managers and internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Awareness of installations in windows/doors/conservatories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the installation diary from order to installation.
• Coordinate nationwide window, door and conservatory installations.
• Schedule fitting teams and manage diaries.
• Liaise with Branch Managers across the UK.
• Ensure products and materials are available ahead of installation.
• Update customers and colleagues throughout the process.
• Reschedule installations when plans change.
