Job summary

Daisy Group is seeking a motivated Provisioning Coordinator to join our operations team. In a fast-paced, process-driven role, you will manage cease requests across supplier portals and internal systems, ensuring accurate actions are completed within SLA while keeping records up to date.

You'll liaise with suppliers, provide clear updates to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and SMS, and help drive KPIs. Monday-to-Friday schedule with comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage cease requests across product queues within SLA.
• Process ceases on supplier portals and update internal systems with notes.
• Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and SMS.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve escalations and drive orders to completion.
• Maintain asset and billing records while delivering high service levels.
• Work with team workflows, KPI targets, and DPA guidelines.
