• Calling existing clients to review protection arrangements (warm leads).
• Building rapport and understanding customers' needs.
• Helping clients understand current cover and changes in needs.
• Managing client records across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional protection where appropriate.
