You'll call warm leads, build rapport, understand client protection needs, and deliver compliant advice while working in a hybrid role with clear targets and progression opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss protection needs.
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
• Managing client records across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
