Talent Agri in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Grower to join a modern protected cropping operation in the East of England. You will manage day-to-day crop production, monitor health, yields and climate-controlled environments.

The role covers irrigation, fertigation, nutrition, IPM strategies and pest management, with emphasis on accurate record-keeping. Accommodation is available and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Candidates must have previous commercial growing experience.
• Protected cropping experience is essential.
• Soft fruit experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation and crop nutrition is required.
• Understanding of climate-controlled growing systems is expected.
• Knowledge of pest and disease management is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day commercial crop production.
• Monitor crop health, quality and yields.
• Oversee irrigation, fertigation and nutrition programmes.
• Monitor growing environments and climate conditions.
