Job summary

Wests Farm Produce in Diss is seeking a motivated Assistant Grower / Crop Technician to join the team. The role focuses on sprayer operation, drilling, crop health monitoring and irrigation support within a modern fresh produce operation.

You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with training provided for PA1/PA2 if needed and opportunities to progress into senior crop production or management roles.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• PA1/PA2 qualifications preferred (training can be provided).
• Experience operating modern farm machinery.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Interest in crop production and modern farming.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Applying crop protection products accurately and safely
• Carrying out drilling operations for herbs and salad crops
• Monitoring crop health and reporting issues
• Assisting with irrigation management

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sprayer Operator / Crop Technician to join our growing team.
