Job summary

Talent Agri in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Grower to join a modern protected cropping operation in the East of England. You will manage day-to-day crop production, monitor health, yields and climate-controlled environments.

The role covers irrigation, fertigation, nutrition, IPM strategies and pest management, with emphasis on accurate record-keeping. Accommodation is available and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have previous commercial growing experience.
• Protected cropping experience is essential.
• Soft fruit experience is desirable.

Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £45,000 DOE Accommodation: Available Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

• Work closely with production and technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement across growing operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous commercial growing experience.
• Protected cropping experience essential.
• Soft fruit experience highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation and crop nutrition.
• Understanding of climate-controlled growing systems.
• Knowledge of pest and disease management.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Legal right to work in the UK or valid visa permitting employment.
