Job summary

Furza in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious SDR to identify and engage letting agents across the country. You will use outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns, booking discovery meetings for the sales team and owning your activity and pipeline.

You will join Furza's sales academy, with mentoring and development toward senior SDR or BDM roles. The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus £10,000 OTE, pension, incentives and a vibrant team culture with socials and volunteering

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage UK letting agents through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns.
• Target ideal customer profiles rather than chasing volume.
• Book well-qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Lead first-stage conversations to understand each prospect's challenges and structure.
• Manage your own activity, follow-ups and diary.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Work with marketing on campaigns, messaging and targeting.
• Hit agreed weekly and monthly KPIs, and use conversion data to improve.
