Job summary

Furza Training Group is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join its sales team. You will manage a territory of customers and prospects, making outbound calls and turning leads into opportunities, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This remote role offers a £35,000 base salary plus £15,000 OTE (£50k in total), a discretionary bonus up to 10%, pension, and access to the London office. Training and development are provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inquiries, turning leads into opportunities.
• Keep in regular contact with customers and prospects in your territory.
• Deliver a great customer experience with product knowledge.
• Talk confidently about the full product suite.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Own customer questions or concerns and see them through to the end.
• Represent the business at events and presentations.
• Get involved in special projects as they come up.
