Furza, a leading UK technology and managed services provider, is hiring three ambitious Sales Development Representatives. Based in the UK, you will engage prioritised accounts, deliver personalised outreach, and generate qualified meetings while supporting inbound leads.

You will train with industry-leading Furza programs and quickly develop a path into senior SDR, BDM or leadership roles. There is a £30,000 basic salary plus a £10,000 uncapped OTE, with three weeks of ISP-accredited training

Qualifikationen

• No previous sales experience is required; we provide the training!

Aufgaben

• Research and engage prioritised target accounts through outbound activity (calls, emails and social selling)
• Deliver personalised, account-based outreach campaigns tailored to indivudal organisations and stakeholders
• Generating high-quality meetings and opportunities
• Follow up inbound enquirires and marketing-generated leads
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding each prospect’s current technology setup, challenges and decision-making processes
• Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events and webinars, following up with attendees and converting engagement into qualified meetings
