Job summary

DTGen is seeking a highly organised Proposals Coordinator in the UK to join our Proposals team. You will support customers from initial enquiry through to project handover, coordinating enquiries, quotations, and customer orders with close collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Projects and Service.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll maintain CRM records, prepare quotations, generate reports and KPI data, and drive smooth information flow throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/sales support environments is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and ensure professional, responsive service.
• Log enquiries into the CRM and allocate opportunities to relevant team members.
• Assist with preparation and issue of quotations and sales communications.
