The role reports to a Team Leader & Property Transfer Manager and involves handling inbound queries, gathering information, performing data privacy checks, and meeting KPIs while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contact with first contact resolution where needed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, solicitors, and colleagues via phone and email.
• Gather necessary caller information and perform data privacy checks.
• Action tasks with available information and appropriate training.
• Deal with property-related queries and liaise with multiple teams.
• Prioritise tasks to meet customer needs and department KPIs.
• Use MS Office and bespoke databases to update records.
