FirstPort is seeking a Customer Services Specialist (Property) in New Milton, Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service to residents, with close collaboration with Property Managers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts with aim for first contact resolution.
• Own queries through to completion and coordinate with Property Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and coordinate contractor activity.
• Raise maintenance orders and manage access requests, payments, and GDPR compliance.
