Job summary

Innovus is seeking an Asset Portfolio Administrator to deliver a professional asset management service to stakeholders. You will handle property transfers, consent applications and liaise with customers and solicitors, ensuring compliance with lease terms and policy guidelines.

Reporting to the Asset Portfolio Manager, you will support teams, prioritise your workload, and provide first point of contact for enquiries while developing your knowledge of the UK property sector and related

Responsibilities

• Administration of property transfers and re-mortgages.
• Administration of consent applications.
• Providing first point of contact for Customer and Solicitor enquiries (written and verbal).
• Liaising with Residential Management Companies, leaseholders, Solicitors & clients as necessary.
• Build relationships with Asset Managers & provide assistance on technical and complex queries.
• Liaising with Asset Managers.
• Ensuring covenants of the Registered Lease are complied with.
• Ensuring all fees and documentation are dealt with in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Prioritising and actioning own workload.
• Ad-hoc duties as necessary.
