Job summary

Ryan LLC in Eccles, UK, seeks an Executive, Surveyor Allocations to book and coordinate property inspections for existing commercial clients. You will manage surveyors’ diaries, coordinate appointments across the UK, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure documentation is ready to support the surveying team.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Previous experience building and maintaining client relationships is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors’ diaries, organising geographically to maximise productivity and communicate details accurately.
• Collect supporting documentation from clients to support service delivery and maintain client records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements for surveyors and update records accordingly.
• Communicate with clients and surveyors, providing a high standard of service.
• Manage client expectations and respond to queries about inspection processes and timescales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support client retention by liaising with the Surveying team and other departments.
