Job summary

Bimplus in Oxford seeks a Technical Business Support Officer to provide essential operational, technical and basic financial support to property maintenance teams. You will manage data, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while leveraging property management software to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of property management software and Excel.
• Understanding of property maintenance trades and building safety laws.
• Ability to analyse dashboards and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• NVQ or City & Guilds in building maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors to manage work orders and CVRs.
• Administer property management systems to track maintenance.
• Monitor statutory testing including Fire Safety, Gas, and Electrical.
• Process maintenance SOR claims and invoices.
• Generate reports on maintenance trends and contractor performance.
• Act as liaison for clients, architects, and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows with AI or predictive tools.
