Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a Technical Business Support Officer to join a Property Services team in Oxford. This varied role provides technical, operational and financial support to property maintenance teams, with responsibility for systems, contractor coordination, compliance and data.

You will manage property management systems, monitor compliance, coordinate contractors and contribute to financial administration, data analysis and reporting for contractor

Qualifications

• Experience using property management or maintenance systems.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades.
• Knowledge of building safety legislation, including CDM 2015.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in building maintenance or related business qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation including drawings, RAMS and contracts.
• Monitor statutory compliance records, including fire, gas and electrical certifications.
• Coordinate contractors, work orders, variations and CVRs.
• Process SOR claims and invoices, monitor repair costs and support financial administration.
• Analyse maintenance data and produce reports on trends and contractor performance.
