Job summary

Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join the property department of an award-winning regional law firm in Liverpool, Merseyside.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum dependent on experience, with hybrid working after probation. The firm handles a varied caseload across commercial property, residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or conveyancing‑accredited Chartered Legal Executive with ≥3 years PQE.
• Experience handling both commercial and residential property caseloads.
• Familiar with case management systems and property portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential property transactions, including leases.
• Advise landlords, tenants, developers and investors on property matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate leases and tenancy agreements.
• Undertake due diligence and guide clients through transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with agents and professionals.
