Job summary

Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is partnering with a well-established law firm in Liverpool to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE, hybrid working, and clear career development within a supportive property department.

Qualifications

• Must have proven residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong client communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters.
• Draft and review contracts, reports on title and completion documentation.
• Liaise with agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Maintain high standards of client care throughout transactions.
