Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) in Ryde is seeking a proactive Coordinator to join our Property Services team on a permanent basis. You will manage work orders, schedule diaries for trades staff, and liaise with residents to confirm repairs and maintenance appointments.

The role requires solid admin experience, ability to multi-task, and a strong customer-service focus. You will work closely with trade staff and stakeholders to ensure targets are met and high service standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Solid administration experience in a busy customer-focused role.
• Some understanding of building maintenance terminology preferred.
• Experience using several different computer systems.
• Ability to manage own workload and stay organized.
• Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to think quickly, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and schedule work diaries for trades staff.
• Liaise with trade staff and repairs colleagues to meet appointment targets.
• Communicate with residents about scheduled repairs and maintenance works.
• Provide a first point of contact within the area for business partners.
• Assist in complaint and query resolution.
• Manage a diary and bookings schedule for the team.
• Complete required administration tasks and documentation.
• Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
